Here's The Scoop

We provide weekly dog waste scooping service and haul everything away, leaving your yard fresh and clean. For safety, we ask that dogs remain inside while we scoop. Your scheduled cleanup day and time will depend on your location in town.

Billing is simple: once a month, with debit or credit card as the preferred payment method. Service is month-to-month with no contracts. We only ask that you try to continue for at least three months.

When scheduling online, please note the areas where your dog(s) do their biz and your preferred method of yard access (e.g., “backyard only, use gate on the right side of the drive”). After your first visit, we’ll let ourselves in each week and always double-check that gates and latches are securely closed when entering and leaving.

If you ever need to pause or cancel your service, just call, text, or email us. We’ll handle it right away.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer one-time cleanups. I sincerely apologize in advance for the inconvenience. 

As we all know, Michigan weather likes to keep us on our toes and can be very unpredictable. We try to tough it out through the elements as best we can. However, safety will not be sacrificed when it comes to weather. If there is down pouring rain, lightning, or any other type of severe weather we will cancel service for that particular week and refund you half of what your weekly rate would be. The same applies for snow; if there is more than 2" in the previous 24 hours, we will call off service for that particular week. 

Unfortunately, we have had to enact a Zero Tolerance policy when it comes to dogs being in the yard while we are scooping. We can no longer allow dogs of any breed to be in the yard while myself or another technician is on site.  Failure to abide by this rule will result in termination. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.
