Here's The Scoop

We come out once a week and remove all dog poo from your yard, and haul it away with us. Dogs must be kept inside while we are in your yard scooping. Your scheduled cleanup day/time of week will depend on your location in town. We bill once a month to keep things simple - debit or credit card is the preferred method of payment. If you will not be home during your initial cleanup, please just let me know the best/preferred way to enter your yard. After that, we let ourselves in thru the gate each week, and double check the gate is shut upon entering and exiting the yard. This is a month to month service, there are NO contracts binding you to our service. We just ask that you try to stay on for at least 3 months.

You will receive an automated text message reminder 1 hour prior to your appointment each week. Please allow us to arrive 30 mins prior, or 30 mins after your scheduled time. If you would like us to skip that week, you may cancel thru the link in the text message. This will only cancel that weeks appointment, not your service as a whole. If you would ever like to cancel or pause your service, please call/text/email me and I will take care of it immediately.  

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer one-time cleanups. I sincerely apologize in advance for the inconvenience. 

As we all know, Michigan weather likes to keep us on our toes and can be very unpredictable. We try to tough it out through the elements as best we can. However, safety will not be sacrificed when it comes to weather. If there is down pouring rain, lightning, or any other type of severe weather we will cancel service for that particular week and refund you half of what your weekly rate would be. The same applies for snow; if there is more than 2" in the previous 24 hours, we will call off service for that particular week. 

Unfortunately, we have had to enact a Zero Tolerance policy when it comes to dogs being in the yard while we are scooping. We can no longer allow dogs of any breed to be in the yard while myself or another technician is on site.  Failure to abide by this rule will result in termination. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.
